Navy crew fares well at Boston MarathonPublished 04/24/08
They say it was a Nor'easter this past weekend, so why was the rain coming down in buckets and flooding the roads here last Monday morning, but dry and 48 degrees, at Hopkinton Green, the start of the Boston Marathon? They say it may have been forgiveness for the monsoon type weather there last year. Many of the members of the marathon team from the Naval Academy, listing their hometown as Annapolis, did their usual sub-3-hour runs at Boston.
