Sweet music to all sportsfishermen anywhere on the water are two words. Fish on. Hear that and you know the scrap between man and fish is about to begin. If the fight involves a big fish it also means clear the deck, give the man with the rod room to reel in his challenger; if it's a smaller fish it's a call for the mate with a net. No matter what, ''fish on'' is the symphony that lures us on a boat in the beginning. Sweet music indeed. The 28 of us aboard Capt. Bob Gowers 40-foot back bay partyboat Bay Bee were hearing those two words an awful lot as we fished Sinepuxent Bay out of Ocean City Fishing...
