BOZMAN - To anglers headed down the Talbot County peninsula to the docks of the sportsfishing fleets that work the waters of the Choptank and the Chesapeake off its mouth, Bozman is a curious name on a green route sign that indicates a left turn not far below St. Michaels. Time was when many cars loaded with fish boxes and tackle made that left turn - and I'm wondering whether the time has returned when it might be a good idea to do so again.
