Outdoors: Flounder limits on way

Probably within the week Maryland's Ocean City/Assateague Island and Chesapeake Bay flounder fishermen are going to get some disturbing news as the Department of Natural Resources finalizes plans for flattie fishing in the state. Expect appreciable cutbacks in regulations this year; it's payback time for exceeding our quota of fish big time last year.
