After completing 82 marathons, 79 ultra-marathons and more than 100 triathlons, Ron Bowman knows the loneliness of the long-distance runner. However, two years ago, in an attempt to add camaraderie to his long distance running, Bowman formed a team to compete in long-distance relay races. This weekend he and his team - the Worn Soles - are in Fort Collins, Colo., participating in the Wild West Relay, a 24-hour, 200 mile team event.
