JOGGING JOE RUN: The second Jogging Joe Fun Runs were held at Truxtun Park on Sunday in memory of Joe Shafran. The race was organized by the City of Annapolis. The event raised funds for the Rock for Youth Scholarship Program and Memorial Nature Trail. About 100 runners came out to compete in the rain. Find Us On Facebook
