The Elite Players Tour Junior Golf organization announced the winners of the 2009 Elite Players Tour Educational Scholarships. The Arnold-based tour awarded six scholarships to Summer Madison, Arnold; Joe Cuff, Eldersburg; Carolyn Chandler, Phoenix, Md.; Michael Moon, Eldersburg; Gabriella Sinkovic, Bowie, and Christopher Biggins, Clarksville.
