What looked like an ideal day for running quickly deteriorated into a typically hot August race for Sunday's 35th annual Annapolis Ten Mile Run. Fortunately, most of the runners had trained for it, and the medical support teams were able to cope with those needing a little care after the race. The free massages were going like hotcakes both pre and post race. It was nice that the male and female winners had military connections with the Army winning the men's race while the Navy snared the women's contest. Find Us On Facebook
