If you want to know how your county tax dollars are spent, head down to the county's office park on Riva Road, file a public records request, wait a few days, and then wade through reams of paper contracts.

Two councilmen have proposed publishing detailed information on the county's Web site about recipients of all county contracts worth more than $25,000.
