An Anne Arundel County lawmaker's legislation that was approved in the Senate this morning is being criticized as a back-door attempt to institute school vouchers.
Sen. Ed DeGrange Sr., D-Glen Burnie, is sponsoring a bill that would allow private and nonprofit businesses to receive state income tax credits for school contributions.
