Teacher charged with sex abuse DENTON - The Caroline County Sheriff's Office is reporting the arrest of an eighth-grade teacher on child sex abuse charges.
Investigators say Lee Holmes, 25, of Greensboro is a teacher at Lockerman Middle School in Denton and allegedly had a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old female student. Police say Mr. Holmes became a suspect Tuesday night after the girl was dropped off at her home in Marydel after leaving without permission.
