UPPER MARLBORO (AP) - Preparing for high voter turnout in November, a Maryland task force on voting irregularities released recommendations yesterday in hopes of avoiding problems that caused big delays at some polling places during the 2006 primary. Find Us On Facebook
The report to Maryland Attorney General Doug Gansler includes 13 recommendations that can be implemented before November, including a process to help gauge the right number of voting machines for each precinct.
