WASHINGTON, D.C. (AP) - Aja Fogle was an independent-minded 5-year-old who liked jumping rope and went by the nickname "Red Baron." Her big sister, 6-year-old N'Kiah Fogle, always had a book on hand and was called "Chunky Munk." Two white teddy bears wearing pink dresses sat atop the sisters' closed white coffins yesterday as family, friends and city officials gathered to mourn the girls. The siblings and their two other sisters' bodies were found decomposing at a southeast Washington home in January. Banita Jacks, the girls' mother, has been charged with killing them. Friends...
