Sports broadcasting luminaries to speak at McKay memorial

BALTIMORE, Md. (AP) — Some of the luminaries of sports broadcasting will be in Baltimore on Tuesday to speak at a memorial for veteran colleague Jim McKay.

The service is set for 10:30 a.m. at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen and will be followed by a funeral mass at 11 a.m.

Those expected to speak include McKay's son, CBS News and Sports President Sean McManus, CBS sportscaster Jim Nantz, and former world driving champion and commentator Jackie Stewart.

McKay died Saturday at age 87.
