BALTIMORE (AP) - Ronald H. Lipscomb's work can be seen all over town, including two developments that transformed the skyline around Camden Yards, the Baltimore Orioles' retro stadium. But his name surfaced this week for different reasons: as the former boyfriend of Mayor Sheila Dixon, target of a bribery and perjury investigation.
