ANNAPOLIS — A powerful state senator under investigation for influence-peddling was paid more than $200,000 over four years in consulting fees from a grocery store, documents show — income he failed to report as required under state ethics laws. Find Us On Facebook
According to documents unsealed Thursday at the request of The Associated Press and other news organizations, state Sen. Ulysses Currie worked as a consultant for Shoppers Food Warehouse grocery stores and was paid $207,000 between 2003 and 2007.
