Teen charged as adult in shooting of girl
BALTIMORE (AP) — A 15-year-old Baltimore boy has been charged as an adult with attempted murder in the shooting of a 9-year-old girl.
Charging documents say Michael Baynor was arrested Wednesday and charged with trespassing at Perkins Homes. During an interview with Southeastern District police, documents say Baynor was advised of his rights and later gave police a statement about the shooting one day earlier.
