Serial rapist to be sentenced for 6 attacks
TOWSON, Md. (AP) _ A serial rapist who has admitted attacking seven women will be sentenced Wednesday in Baltimore County. Alphonso Hill pleaded guilty last month to six counts of first-degree rape. The attacks occurred in the Towson area between 1978 and 1989. Hill is already serving 15 years for a 1983 rape in Baltimore city. Hill was initially arrested in 2002 after one of his victims, Laura Neuman, pleaded with Baltimore police for years to reopen her case.
