Maryland Citizens Health Initiative unveils new planPublished 11/13/08
BALTIMORE — A Maryland nonprofit group unveiled a universal health insurance program Wednesday to strong support from proponents, even with a controversial payroll tax attachment.
The "Health Care for All!" plan would be good for individuals and small businesses by letting them provide affordable and accessible health insurance, supporters of the proposal said.
