OWINGS MILLS, Md. (AP) — Layoffs at the Rosewood Center will begin in January as the facility for developmentally disabled adults prepares to close next year, the state Department of Health and Mental Hygiene announced Saturday.
Secretary John Colmers said his department is working to find other state jobs for employees and helping them with job training.
