Frederick woman to be deportedFREDERICK, Md. (AP) _ Frederick County prosecutors say a woman accused of tying a noose around her infant son's neck after fighting with the child's father will be deported to El Salvador. Frederick County State's Attorney Charlie Smith says that deportation of 27-year-old Blanca Noehmi Juarez will start immediately as part of a plea deal reached in Frederick County Circuit Court.
