BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore's fire chief responded Thursday to a federal report on the death of fire cadet, saying the department has taken action on all 10 points in the report. Find Us On Facebook
The report from the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health addressed the death of cadet Racheal Wilson, who died in February 2007 when she was trapped in a rowhouse that had been set on fire for a training exercise. Another report following Wilson's death found 50 violations of national safety standards during the live burn that took her life.
