Woman dies in Middle River shooting
MIDDLE RIVER, Md. (AP) — Baltimore County police are investigating the fatal shooting of a woman outside her home in Middle River.
Police say officers responding to a report of a shooting Wednesday evening found the woman on the ground outside her home on Whitethorn Way in the Hawthorne neighborhood. Police say the woman had at least one bullet wound in her chest and died a short time later at Franklin Square Hospital Center.
According to police, witnesses reported seeing two men and a woman running from the shooting scene.
