Inaugural balls"A Dream Fulfilled Presidential Inauguration Ball" will be held at 6 p.m. Monday at The Westin Annapolis Capital Ballroom, 100 Westgate Circle. This is a black tie event featuring a cocktail reception, formal dinner, dancing and entertainment. The cost is $250 per person. For more information call 410-626-1051.
