Man struck and killed by Metro train
WASHINGTON (AP) — Metro says a man who was struck and killed at the Forest Glen station was on the tracks intentionally.
The transit agency says the man was hit by an eight-car red line train shortly after 4 p.m. Metro did not have any additional information about the man.
Metro says trains are sharing a single track between Forest Glen and Silver Spring, and that passengers should expect delays throughout rush hour.
