ALEXANDRIA, Va. - The police chief of a Virginia city is resigning after he was accused of drunken driving at more than twice the legal limit.
Alexandria City Manager James K. Hartmann announced yesterday that police Chief David Baker is leaving his position. The 58-year-old will retire effective Friday.
