BALTIMORE - Secretary of Education Arne Duncan, the Rev. Al Sharpton and former House Speaker Newt Gingrich examined operations at three Baltimore schools Friday, continuing a national tour to highlight school challenges and analyze reforms. Find Us On Facebook
