Larry Bill Elliott is scheduled to be executed at 9 p.m. at Greensville Correctional Center in Jarratt for the January 2001 shooting deaths of 25-year-old Dana Thrall and 30-year-old Robert Finch.

Don't even try it in Virginia. They'll catch you and execute you if the armed victim doesn't pop you first for your troubles.
Do it in Maryland and use a car. Have a few drinks first. 18 months max on work release.
Just don't transport a firearm here. That's a 5 year term!

He should have committed the murders here in Md.O'malley probably would have pardoned him because of his age alone.Plus you can commit almost any crime and still stay alive.Hell you can kill someone with your car and only get 18months and maybe not even that.
