Car, woman's body recovered from Baltimore harbor
BALTIMORE (AP) — Authorities say a Baltimore City dive team has recovered a woman's body inside of a submerged car.
They say a station wagon apparently lost control and crashed into the Inner Harbor early Saturday near pier 5.
A city fire dive team found the body. Officials said witnesses reported the car was in the pier driveway when it suddenly accelerated and drove into the harbor.
The woman has not been identified.
