If this happens this will be the first plant since the 70's. There are reason why.
No permanent storage facility for waste
No private insurance company will insure them
No private bank will finance them.
Largest consruction bond failure in USA history "W.O.O.P.S" nuclear power plant.
Set back for the Green generation
