Metrorail service returns to aboveground stations WASHINGTON (AP) — Metro is opening all 86 rail stations two days after a record-breaking snowfall that had limited subway system service to underground stations only. Metro officials say bus service will be improved on Monday, but likely running behind schedule. MetroAccess will be operating limited service from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for individuals whose trips are associated with life-sustaining medical needs such as chemotherapy and dialysis.
