"The prosecutor scared him into lying, saying he gave me all of that," Dixon told The Associated Press in an interview Thursday. "That's why they didn't put him on (the stand). He would have been...

Ms. Dixson suddenly wants to testify... to the press, too late. A gift certificate to buy two fur coats, from 'friends' while vacationing in the Bahamas? Sound like a good trip. If these were innocent events, why didn't she disclose them at the time? Two fur coats... come on. She took gift cards intended for the poor. If she wanted to confront Mr. Lipscomb she had the opportunity in the Court. Instead she chose to... 'retire' with $83,000 a year from the taxpayers of Maryland. 'He had multiple girl friends'. 'I was the cheapest of his friends'. I would suggest Ms. Dixson take the high road and start making amends to the citizens of Baltimore.
