We needed a study to tell us this? Spend time on I-97 between Crownsville(I SWEAR they shut that place down while there was still a need) and the Baltimore beltway and you'll see all manner of lunatics - including the moron on a motorcycle who rode straight up the road on the dashed white line going at LEAST 85 mph, dodging between cars when someone in front of them was changing lanes. And every night around midnight - 1 a.m. I can hear people racing up and down 97 in "muscle" cars.
Worst drivers? OH yeah.

not news to me, daily I witness the narcissistic insanity on Speedway 50. Accidents would be cut in half if one simple rule was followed around here- - follow one car length for every 10mph, but no, you are going slow if you drive a safe distance.
