ANNAPOLIS GPS COURSE: Annapolis Sail and Power Squadron, a non-profit organization that teaches safe boating, will offer a class on GPS use on March 29, 10 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Hillsmere Library, 269 Hillsmere Drive. The class explains the principles of waypoint navigation; shows how to relate the GPS to charts; and provides tips for choosing a GPS. Pre-registration is required no later than March 22.
