WRSC event yields tight racing results It was a spectacular evening for a sail. West River Sailing Club's annual Twilight Race on Saturday drew a compact but enthusiastic fleet of 31 boats for a very competitive government-mark chase of just over 19 miles - producing tight results in solid southeasterly breeze of 10-15 knots and three-foot seas. Winning the second-largest class, the eight-boat Cal 25 division, were Mike Miller and his team on Quintet.
