ANNAPOLIS SAFETY COURSE: Annapolis Sail and Power Squadron will offer the Maryland Basic Boating Course in July, August, September and October. The class teaches the basic principles and knowledge necessary for safe operation of a vessel and meets the State of Maryland's legal requirement for anyone born after July 1, 1972 to possess a certificate of boating education.
