Hutchinson, Barking Mad win Farr 40 championshipPublished 07/02/09
Owner Jim Richardson and tactician Terry Hutchinson have enjoyed tremendous success racing Barking Mad on the Farr 40 circuit. A world championship in 2004 was followed by victories at Acura Key West, Acura Miami Grand Prix, New York Yacht Club Annual Regatta and 2006 East Coast Championship. However, Richardson and Hutchinson have been frustrated by their inability to win another world title. Barking Mad took third at the 2006 (Newport) and 2007 (Copenhagen) worlds then placed eighth in Miami in 2008.
