Annapolis resident Al Schreitmueller has been awarded first place in "Post-Race" category for the annual St. Mary's College of Maryland Governor's Cup photography competition. Schreitmueller was recognized for his entry titled "Canvas on Canvas," which captured an artist painting sailboats at anchor in the harbor off St. Mary's College following the annual popular overnight race.
