Participation might have been a little light but the competition was heavy and the conditions perfect in the annual Chesapeake Bay Women's Challenge, sailed last Saturday out of Eastport Yacht Club.

The crew aboard Vivacious, a J/30 skippered by Suzy Acevedo, looks sharp in matching flowerd tops while competing in the Chesapeake Bay Women’s Challenge, held last weekend out of Eastport Yacht Club.
Four teams took part in a Navigator's Class race around a 14-mile government mark course while six crews sailed three windward-leeward sprints in Racing Class.
