Bertrand showed that he still has the touch on the tiller by winning the Laser Crab Claw regatta in impressive fashion two weekends ago out Severn Sailing Association. Bertrand counted all first place finishes in totaling a low score of four points - nine better than runner-up Dave Perkowski. So dominant was Bertand that he was able to throw out a second.
