Annapolitan Chris Larson continued his dominant run with his team aboard West Marine Rigging/New England Ropes to win a challenging 11-race, six-day series in the Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis 2009 Melges 24 World Championship under rainy skies yesterday.  Day 4 of the 2009 Melges 24 World Championship sailing event.

Going into the day, Larson held a solid lead over his next closest competition, Italian Gabrio Zandona and his Joe Fly team, and knew that if only two races were sailed to complete the series, he had to finish the day's first race in fourth or better to clinch the title.
