Scheduled for the weekend of March 27-28 at the Naval Academy's Alumni Hall, the Safety-at-Sea Seminar features large group seminars and discussions, a live U.S. Coast Guard on-water helicopter rescue operation along with life raft and signal flare demonstrations.
