Dr. Nicholas Iliff was proud and pleased to capture class honors in the Cedar Point Race last weekend. Iliff is one of a dwindling few Chesapeake Bay sailors who know the storied history of the regatta organized by the Gibson Island Yacht Squadron. Find Us On Facebook
However, Iliff was a bit disappointed to win a PHRF A class that featured just five boats. The Severna Park resident was saddened to see just 16 boats in three classes compete in the venerable event.
