Annapolis High School's independent PTSO may become a PTSA, affiliated with the national PTA organization. Its leaders got a hard sell on the switch Thursday at a meeting with representatives from the Parent-Teacher Association, who pushed affiliation with their national group over the school's independent Parent-Student-Teacher Organization as the best way to get insurance and nonprofit status.
