During the coming eight months, parents and the Board of Education will formulate two plans for moving students around those areas to alleviate overcrowding in some schools and to better utilize the space in others, said Chuck Yocum, the school system's demographer.
"It's a very long process," Mr. Yocum said, and final decisions on which students will go where won't be made until April.
