Brooklyn Park, Linthicum and Sunset elementary schools will get walls, and Oakwood, Ridgeway, Severn and Waugh Chapel will get kindergarten additions, the Board of Education voted unanimously, 9-0, on Wednesday.
But whether the schools can move forward with their plans will depend on how much money they get next year, said Alex Szachnowicz, chief operating officer for county schools.
