It was then that things got rough for the bus driver. About a week ago, Bowen had to stop the bus between two cars on a narrow street to let off some of her special needs students.
Soon, a Mustang pulled up and the driver yelled for her to get out of the way. Then the driver of a Hummer shook his fist at her. She called police, but the angry drivers soon left.
Because of incidents like that, it has become especially important for Bowen to encourage motorists to drive safely now...
