  • NAVY VOLLEYBALL: Liberty outhit Navy by more than 70 points in posting a four-game victory over the Midshipmen last night at the Army of One volleyball tournament in West Point, N.Y. The Flames defeated the Mids, 30-16, 22-30, 30-19, 30-24.

    Navy (3-7) was led by Nikki England, who tallied 14 kills, 18 digs and a .367 hitting percentage. Megan Boyd added one of her best matches of the year for Navy, recording 12 kills a .455 attack percentage and seven blocks.
