College Notebook:Warner a success story on and off the courtPublished 01/07/07
Kyle Warner wasn't sure if college was for him after he graduated Annapolis High. After all, he wasn't always the best student on Riva Road. However, Annapolis head coach John Brady convinced Warner to attend Anne Arundel Community College just to give higher education a try. Warner excelled both academically and athletically at Anne Arundel, earning an associate's degree and All-Region XX honors after averaging 17.5 points per game.
