VIERA, Fla. - The white walls of Manny Acta's office at Space Coast Stadium, his first office as a big league manager, are mostly bare. Not much time for decorating when you're busy devising ways to will the Washington Nationals to win in 2007.

Nationals manager Manny Acta has made a quick ascent from minor league infielder to the youngest major league skipper.
There is one framed poster, hanging directly behind the desk of the youngest skipper in the majors. A gift from his brother to mark Acta's new job, it depicts a group of wolves running in snowy woods.
Above the picture, it reads, "LEAD THE WAY." Below, "The speed of the leader determines the rate of the pack."
